Brent Banda

Since taking the lead at Ecco, Banda has brought a passion for cooking, a commitment to a world-class kitchen, and an unparalled excitement and enthusiasm for Ecco’s European flavors to this Midtown favorite.

Banda has worked for Fifth Group Restaurants since 2004, starting at our much-loved Food Studio before serving as executive chef at our Italian trattoria, La Tavola, and our upscale seafood spot, Lure. He has staged at Maialino, Esca and Hearth in New York City, bringing a wealth of fine dining experience to his latest role.
